A belt.
One big reason for a tactical or gun belt is to support the weight of your firearm. If you don't wear a belt and are having trouble printing, give one a try. Find one that is reinforced and fairly stiff. You should be able to clip you holster on to it without the belt bending under the weight of the holster. Remember it should support your holster, keeping your pants looking normal and your gun secure. Yes I know this isn't a "beltless clip". I'm talking about the weight of the gun, not if it'll fall out.
