For the most part, I am a one man operation and I spend the bulk of my time in the shop making holsters. Unfortunately this means I'm either away from my phone or I'm layered in a respirator and other safety equipment and won't be able to answer. A text message will get a response quicker because I don't have to take off the layers in order to text back.

International / Canada / US Territory Shipping:
I will ship packages to most locations that are covered by the US Mail and UPS. Because this requires Customs forms to be filled out and added to the shipment, these orders must be completed manually. Most international shipments add an extra $20-$30 cost to the order for a basic shipping service and shipping time can vary widely. Also, Forged Tec Holsters cannot be responsible for the loss or seizure of any shipment that requires a Customs inspection. Unfortunately, shipping is at the customer's risk. I'm not able to use Fed Ex or DHL as neither of these companies have local drop off locations. Contact me for more information or to start an order.
Build time / tracking information
I do my best to keep our build time as accurate as possible. Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an automated email sent to the address that you entered at check out. If you don't receive a receipt email, you may need to check your spam or junk file.
Can a holster be made for my gun with an accessory light or laser?
For a correctly fitting holster, the exact firearm and accessories are required. Because of the wide array and expense of lights and lasers on the market, it is not possible to have an inventory of all models available. We currently have a small number of weapon light holsters available. At the time, we do not have any holsters available for any brand of accessory lasers.
Can I mail my item in to have a holster made?
Because of the liability of loss or damage during transit, Forged Tec does not take in customer owned items for holster making.
What colors are available?
I do my best to have my stock listed colors on hand, as well as a changing supply of many colors or prints that may not be listed. Contact me and I will take care of getting whatever color or print you are looking for.
Can you do alterations or changes?
Every holster is made to order. If you are interested in any changes or alterations, please let me know and I will do my best to take care of your request or let you know if it is feasible to do so.
What if I don't see the model I have listed in your store? Can you build custom holsters?
Forged Tec does not produce holsters fitted or tested with holster molds, blue guns or props, only with the actual firearm the holster is made for. Unfortunately, if you do not see your handgun listed in our store, we do not have the ability to make a holster for it as we have all of our current handguns listed.

Can I wear either your hard shell or leather backed hybrid inside the waistband holster on my belt outside the waistband?
Both our hard shell inside the waistband and hybrid leather backed (not currently available) inside the waistband holsters are designed to be worn inside your waistband only and will NOT properly secure a handgun outside your waistband. Forged Tec strongly recommends using our holsters only in the fashion they were designed. Please contact us for clarification if you are unsure.

- All holsters purchased from this website are covered by a limited warranty for ONE ( 1 ) year from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase is required
- Warranty covers materials and workmanship / not abuse ( our discretion )
- Forged Tec will fix or replace ( our discretion ) any damage or defect in your holster caused by normal use
- Contact us for any issues or questions
- Forged Tec Holsters purchased on Etsy or Ebay (Not Currently Available) are NOT covered by this warranty
Returns:
- Contact Forged Tec Holsters within 14 days of delivery
- Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
- Unless the buyer receives a damaged or defective item, buyers are responsible for return shipping and processing fees.
- Unfortunately I'm no longer able to maintain my prices while absorbing unexpected costs and fees.
- Payment processors (I use PayPal and Square Inc) no longer refund processing fees when sales are cancelled or returned (2.9% + $0.30 for Square Inc. / 3.49% + $0.49 for PayPal).
- USPS (US Mail) Ground Advantage shipping is included with all orders. This service plus materials averages $5 to $7.50 per item shipped.
- Unless agreed upon beforehand, all returns will be subject to a restock fee of the original cost of shipping and processing fees.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value and may not be refunded full amount.
- All sales on special order items (i.e. custom builds / special colors / prints) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
- Regular non-custom items maybe exchanged for equal valued items within 14 days of delivery.
- Contact Forged Tec Holsters within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for exchange shipping.
- Any additional costs will be invoiced at the time of the exchange.
Cancellations:
- Unfortunately I'm no longer able to maintain my prices while absorbing unexpected costs and fees.
- Payment processors (I use PayPal and Square Inc) no longer refund processing fees when sales are cancelled or returned. All cancelled orders will be refund minus processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 for Square Inc. / 3.49% + $0.49 for PayPal)
- Regular non-custom items can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact Forged Tec Holsters as soon as possible if you are requesting a cancellation.
- Any custom built order can be cancelled before the build has begun. Depending on the type of order, builds can start immediately after receiving the order. Please contact Forged Tec Holster as soon as possible if you are requesting a cancellation.
Shipping:
- Holsters may take up to 4 weeks to complete depending on order volume. This time does not include USPS/UPS shipping times regardless of shipping option!
- Forged Tec Holsters ships completed holsters Monday - Friday using the US Mail or UPS.
- USPS (US Mail) Ground Advantage Package Service (2-7 business days/not including build time) is included for all purchases. USPS Ground Advantage Package Service is a non-guaranteed uninsured service. Forged Tec Holsters is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items as a result of shipping issues!
- If you require an expedited service, I now offer USPS Priority Shipping (1-5 days/not including build time) for $8.75.
- UPS Ground (1-5 business days/not including build time) is also available for a flat rate of $7.50
Loss After Delivery:
- Forged Tec Holsters is not responsible for loss if your order goes missing after delivery.
- Once a package's tracking number confirms delivery, Forged Tec Holsters has no ability to locate the shipment. Missing shipments are normally caused by delivery to the wrong address. Forged Tec Holsters recommends checking with neighbors or contacting the delivery person or your local USPS or UPS.
- Unfortunately, Forged Tec Holsters is not able to absorb the cost of replacing lost or stolen items after delivery confirmation. If your order cannot be found, Forged Tec Holsters will replace it at a heavily discounted price. This is done at our discretion and can be cancelled at any time. Contact me for more information.
Loss Caused by Customer Error:
- Customer errors include but are not limited to incorrect choices of firearm brands, models, colors, right or left hand, weapon accessories or belt & clip sizes.
- Entering an incorrect shipping, billing or email address or order information
- Failure to advise of any modifications to the customer's firearm that may affect holster fit and function.
- Failure for the customer to completely read and review all options and information included on Forged Tec Holster's website before completing an order.
- Loss includes but is not limited to any costs incurred by shipping or return charges, missing shipments and costs of changing/altering started or completed orders.
